The T-slotted surface plate manufactured by our company is specially used:

1) as the reference plane for all kinds of inspection work and precision measurement;

2) as the basis of the inspection and measurement of the machine tool machinery;

3) to check the dimension accuracy or form and position tolerance of the workpiece;

4) to make compact marking on the workpiece;

The T-slots on the working surface of the plate are used to fix the workpiece to be inspected.

The material of the plate is high-strength cast iron HT200-300, and the hardness of the working surface is HB170-240. After two times of manual handling (artificial annealing at 600-700 ℃ and 2-3 years of natural aging), the product has a good abrasion-resistance and accuracy
